Arthur Allen Bartley, 64, of Ashland, a native of Fords Branch, died Tuesday, December 25, at King’s Daughters’ Medical Center, Ashland. He is survived by his wife, Billie Sue Hall Bartley. Funeral services were conducted Friday, December 28, in the Fords Branch Church of Christ.
